age who have shown in at least 4 TICA shows during the show year are
eligible
for this recognition. Please complete
the following form and mail the completed form along with 4 catalog
covers and
the exhibitor pages with Junior Exhibitor's name printed in it to your
Regional
Director. A letter of support from the signing judge will also need to be included.
